Recipe – Minnie’s Chocolate Fudge

Another recipe from my grandma Minnie’s cookbook (see her rock cakes recipe if you like this one!). It is very easy to make and can be quite different each time depending on what mix of dried fruits and nuts you add.

125 g butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ tin condensed milk
1 packet crushed superwine biscuits
1 T cocoa
½ cup coconut
1 cup sultanas/chopped dates/almonds/walnuts etc

Melt butter in a saucepan on stove top and add remaining ingredients. Mix well.

Press into a lined baking pan and leave in fridge until cool. Ice with chocolate icing and sprinkle some coconut over the top. Enjoy!
