Recipe – Penny’s Hummus
This is a delicious hummus recipe that lasts well and goes brilliantly with our Challah bread recipe.

1-2 cloves garlic
310 g chickpeas (from a can or cooked)
4 T lemon juice
½ tsp salt
3 T tahini
2 T cold water
¼ tsp paprika (optional)
2 T olive oil
Combine all the ingredients together in the kitchen whiz. Store in an airtight container and pour a little more olive oil over the top to keep the top layer moist and fresh.
