The Homewood Companion

Currently in development, and the latest in the Homewood Collection, the Companion is the smallest stove in our range – a cute little cast-iron stove that can.

In Development

Development Update 1: Patterning – August, 2010
Development Update 2: Casting – February, 2011
Development Update 3: Assembly – April, 2011

Features

It will have one, generously-sized, oven (58 L), a large firebox (34 L), two cooking plates, windows on the doors, and is our first stove on legs (able to be removed, should you prefer it installed on bricks). Like all our stoves, it will have a wetback for water heating included, at no extra cost.

Pictured below is the prototype of the Companion – the final stove will have extra detail and a few differences.

Ordering

Price to be set. We will determine the price once we have produced the first batch and worked out all the costings. We hope to be able to offer the Companion somewhere around $7,500 – $8,500 + GST mark (two to three thousand less than the Heritage).

If you are interested in the Homewood Companion, you can send us an email and we will get in touch with full details once we are ready to accept orders. In the meantime, the Homewood Heritage or the Homewood Matriarch are able to be ordered.
