The Homewood Matriarch is perfect for people who run homestays, have a large family, do lots of entertaining, want a stove that will make a big visual impact in their kitchen, or are just very serious about their cooking!

This stove has three ovens and a warming compartment, and it comes with a wetback for water heating. This is the largest cast-iron wood stove manufactured in New Zealand since 1927!

The Matriarch is very similar to our Homewood Heritage model, but with a larger firebox, more cooking plates and an extra set of ovens. Check out the Heritage page for a full feature breakdown – a lot of the information there applies to the Matriarch!
